In addition to her fitness expertise, she is a Registered Practical Nurse with a specialization in Mental Health. Having encountered her own weight challenges after pregnancy and during menopause, she is committed to supporting others in their weight loss endeavors. Her remarkable ability to inspire and sustain women's fitness is underscored by her strong belief in the importance of regular physical activity.
