Introducing a delicious and simple BLT Chicken Salad featuring kale, a superfood with numerous advantages. This highly nutritious vegetable, belonging to the cabbage family, offers powerful antioxidants and is an excellent source of vitamin C. It may also help lower cholesterol levels and is rich in vitamin K. Additionally, kale contains anti-cancer compounds, is high in beta-carotene, and could support eye health.



RECIPE

  • 2 Handful of Kale

  • 1tsp of Olive Oil

  • 1 cup of Cooked Chicken

  • 2/3 cup of Cherry Tomatoes

  • 6 slices of Bacon

  • 1/2 small red onion


DRESSING

  • 2/3 cup of Greek Yogurt

  • 1 tsp of Ranch Seasoning

  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar Based Hot Sauce
